บริการเผาทำลาย : Low Emission Incinerator

โดยการเผาทำลายจะใช้อุณหภูมิสูงในการเผาทำลาย เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม เนื่องจากเป็นเตาเผาขยะแบบระบบควบคุมอากาศ (Pyrolytic Incineration System) ด้วยระบบการเผาที่มีการควบคุมออกซิเจนที่ใช้ในการเผาไหม้ซึ่งไม่ก่อมลพิษจากการเผาไหม้ที่ไม่สมบูรณ์ เป็นการเผาแบบมีกระบวนการเผาไหม้ 2 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นแรกการเผาไหม้จะเกิดขึ้นที่ห้องเผาขยะ (Primary Chamber)   เป็นช่วงกระบวนการไพโรไลติก (pyrolytic process) ซึ่งวัสดุที่เผาไหม้จะถูกเปลี่ยนเป็น gas ด้วยการกระทำของความร้อน และการขาดออกซิเจน ซึ่งผลที่ได้เป็นก๊าชที่เผาใหม้ได้ หลังจากนั้น gas ที่สามารถเผาไหม้ได้จะผ่านไปยังห้องเผาหลัก (Thermo Reacter) ก๊าชจากห้องเผาจะผสมกับอากาศ และถูกเผาไหม้ไปจนหมดที่อุณหภูมิที่ 850-1,200 องศาเซลเซียส

High temperatures are used in our environmentally friendly incineration process, which utilizes a Pyrolytic Incineration System to control the oxygen levels during combustion. This eliminates pollution caused by incomplete combustion. The system employs a two-step combustion process. The first stage occurs in the Primary Chamber, where the pyrolytic process converts the waste material into gaseous compounds through the application of heat and the absence of oxygen. The resulting gas is suitable for combustion. This gas is then directed to the Thermo Reactor, where it mixes with air and undergoes complete combustion at temperatures ranging from 850 to 1,200 degrees Celsius for a duration of at least 0.5 seconds.

โดยปกติเราจะลงรายละเอียดในหนังสือรับรองการทำลายเป็นน้ำหนักรวมของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ส่งทำลายกับเรา แต่หากกรณีที่ท่านต้องการให้เราลงรายละเอียดชนิดและจำนวนของผลิตภัณฑ์ในหนังสือรับรองการทำลายเพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานในการยืนยันการทำลายผลิตภัณฑ์ท่านสามารถเพิ่มบริการตรวจนับโดยเราจะใช้บุคคลากรของทางเราเข้าร่วมตรวจนับด้วยหลักการเดียวกันกับที่กรมสรรพากรใช้ในการตรวจนับมาทำการตรวจนับผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ท่านต้องการทำลายพร้อมหลักฐานภาพถ่ายการตรวจนับและภาพถ่ายสินค้าก่อนและหลังการทำลายเพื่อให้ท่านสามารถใช้เป็นหลักฐานส่งให้กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อใช้ยืนยันได้อย่างถูกต้อง

Normally, our Certificate of Destruction includes the total weight of the products sent to us for destruction. If you require details on the type and quantity of products for verification purposes, you can opt for our additional inspection service. Our personnel will join in the inspection, following principles used by the Revenue Department. This service comes complete with evidence such as product counts and before-and-after photos, which you can submit to the Revenue Department or insurance companies for making insurance claims, or submit it to other relevant agencies for accurate verification.

เรามีบริการออกเอกสารหนังสือรับรองการทำลายส่งให้กับท่านเพื่อใช้ยืนยันกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยในเอกสารหนังสือรับรองการทำลายจะระบุวันที่รับของ ประเภทและชนิดของสิ่งที่นำมาทำลาย รวมทั้งน้ำหนักรวมของวัสดุที่ส่งทำลายพร้อมหลักฐานอื่น ๆ เช่น ภาพถ่ายหรือไฟล์วีดีโอเป็นต้น

We provide a service to issue and send you a Certificate of Destruction for verification with relevant agencies. The certificate includes the date of item receipt, the type of items intended for destruction, and the total weight of the materials sent for destruction. Additional evidence like photographs or video files can also be included.
